The November meeting will be hosted by Farm Credit Services of America. The topic this month is ITIL. HDR, Inc. will share how their company utilizes ITIL, the drivers that moved them into ITIL, what processes they have rolled out and the lessons learned, and how this has impacted their company. We have several members who are in the early stages of ITIL so this meeting will be very interactive and informative.
