In this meeting we want to discuss the things you are doing to develop your staff into the successful rounded employees that could assume leadership roles. What types of training do you currently have that encourages growth? What things have you seen work really well? What are the things you have tried that have not worked so well? Do you have career paths/succession planning within your company? This will be a round table discussion where everyone will have an opportunity to share.
Homework:
Please take a few minutes to think about all the questions above. We would like everyone to bring a page handout of what you are doing so everyone has a takeaway they can reference.
